Bank of Baroda (BOB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has released an official notification (Advt. No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17) for the regular-basis recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO).The bank is hiring for 1,100 positions across the Wealth Management Services and Corporate & Institutional Credit departments.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01 September 2026)

1. Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I)

  • Age Limit:22 to 32 Years
  • Educational Qualification:Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Mandatory Certification (Any One):Valid certification in IC-38 (III), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors), or NISM Series V-D.
  • Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading banks, broking houses, AMC, or wealth management firms.

2. Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II)

  • Age Limit:21 to 33 Years
  • Educational Qualification:Graduation in any discipline AND Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Experience:Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank (Experience in Corporate Credit preferred).

Note: Upper age relaxation applies to SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), and PwBD candidates as per Government of India directives.
